Founded in 2002, the Africa Disability Institute (ADI), formerly known as VOICE Ghana, is a leading national non-profit and non-governmental organization based in Ho, Volta Region, Ghana. Our mission is to champion inclusive development and social justice for people with disabilities, including those with mental health conditions, across Africa, focusing initially on Ghana, through impactful research, robust policy advocacy, and meaningful public engagement.
ADI's work is anchored on four critical thematic pillars:

Ho, Oct 14, GNA-The Africa Disability Institute (ADI) has begun an initiative to promote inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWDs) in the upcoming 2024 Presidential and Parliamentary elections in the Volta and Oti regions.
The Oti Regional Director of the Electoral Commission (EC), Nuhu Mahama, has pledged to ensure complete accessibility for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) at all polling centres on December 7.
