Mr. Charles Valentine Nyante - Director of Operations

Charles has vast experiences in social work and CBR including disability issues and understands the psychology of persons with disability. He worked at different positions with five different organisations both governmental and non-governmental for the past 40 years including the Department of Social Welfare and PACID, before joining ADI. He is also very experienced and skilled in donor project and fund management and reporting.

He holds BA Degree in Psychology and Diploma in Social Administration from the University of Ghana, Legon; a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Cambridge International College, UK and an Executive Certificate in NGO Management from the Africa Centre for Leadership and Human Resource Development, Accra-Ghana. He also had a professional training in Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) and gained a Professional Certificate in Social Work from the Department of Social Welfare, Accra-Ghana.
